Serial entrepreneur and innovation practitioner Robert Brands, author of Robert’s Rules of Innovation I and II will share imperatives on how to create and sustain innovation. In addition to being an innovation author and speaker, Robert is CEO of VariBlend Dual Dispensing, a packaging business located in Greenville, SC. Prior to VariBlend, Robert was CEO of Airspray who revolutionized the soap dispensing industry, commercializing the now ubiquitous foaming dispensers. During his time as CEO, Rexam purchased Airspray and he continued to lead a $1B packaging division with 24 plants and 10 product lines in personal care dispensing.
